Rodrigo Saraiva Porto Garcia is a partner and the head of the strategy and research team at Galdino & Coelho Advogados, a team comprising lawyers with dedicated academic inclinations, working with all teams at the firm in the development of strategies, case studies and legal research in general.

Rodrigo holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in corporate and economic activities, and is currently a Doctor of Laws candidate at the University of São Paulo, in the area of commercial law. He was admitted to practice law by the Brazilian Bar Association in 2013.

Rodrigo is a prospective Fellow of INSOL International, a member of INSOL International and of the Turnaround Management Association Brazil. He has also published several papers and book chapters, mostly on subjects involving corporate and insolvency law.
